Absolute Aqua offer a range of marine services giving owners a one stop solution to owning a boat. From training and free advice, to boat maintenance we aim to take the strain out of boat ownership to leave you free to simply enjoy the wonderful experiences of being afloat.
Our team of engineers are able to carry out routine servicing and repairs to manufacturers specifications or to the owners requirements using original parts or after market spec to suit your budget. Outboard Servicing and repairs
 Our Boston Whaler school vessel has in excess of 2000 hours on the clock and is still going strong, enough said!
In board Engine & Outdrive Servicing
The schools motor cruiser is fitted with Volvo inboard diesels which are serviced and maintained by our own staff, we can do the same for you and save you £££
MCA Coding
 Surveying the vessel is only the start of the process of getting your vessel coded for commercial use, once properly equiped and with a suitably qualified skipper your vessel could be paying it's way or turning a profit!
We are able to source and fit all manor of equipment to both sail and power driven vessels to complete the process of MCA coding so before going ahead with any coding give us a call we can take care of the paperwork and work.
NOTE: We currently require coded vessels to complement our own boats for both training and charter, with the Olympics just around the corner there has never been a better time to get your boat coded.
Electronics
Through our business partners we are able to source equipment and fit them often cheaper than you have been quoted elsewhere and with our comprehensive back up and assistance we provide a much more "user friendly" option than buying on line. Below is a list of some equipment that we use on a day to day basis but is by no means a definitive list!
VHF Radio's
 Whilst there is a vast range of suitable equipment we have over a number of years found that there is inevitably a manufacturer that stands out from the crowd, we tend to steer our clients towards the icom range of radios although we of course listen to what our customers require and will gladly supply and fit any make or model of radio equipment.
Radar and navtext
 We have been fortunate to have experienced many makes and models of radar and navtext equipment but few of them outperform Furuno in its quality of build and reliability and we would continue to recommend them as first choice of kit.
Anti Fouling
 We normally use International for our anti fouling paint and their two pack paint for topsides although their are many choices on the market that are comparable.
Chart PLOTTERS / GPS
 Would be my first choice for chart plotters thanks to their durability, one of our chart plotters is over10 years old and still going strong having been swopped onto three different boats!
 We have also been really pleased with our little hand held GPS which has stood the test of time having been bounced around in kit bags and dropped numerous times!
Guardianship
Sitting at home in the midlands and watching televised reports of gale force winds hitting the south coast can leave you with a feeling of anxiety, especially when your boat is sitting on a swinging mooring or marina berth miles from home.
For boat owners that live miles away from their boats the thought of driving long distances just to check the vessel after a storm to secure the covers or to inspect the bilges, can seem (and probably is) like hours of wasted time.
If your boat needs to be moved for maintenance, or if you need outside contractors to board the vessel to carry out repairs, don't waste your day travelling, call to us and we will provide you with an ideal solution.
Here at Absolute Aqua we take the heart ache out of those situations, we can do an ad hoc boat check as a one off or a more elaborate monthly contract, the choice is yours.
